Laura's haircut

Laura decided she wanted to have short hair because it hurts her too much to comb through it.  She has thick hair and every time she had to comb it it was a battle.  When we lived in Mexico I cut her hair because I could not stand the battle anymore but now that she combs her own hair I let her make her own decision.  It must really hurt her because I have never seen her more determined.  I was nervous to cut it because I love her long hair but it actually turned out very pretty.
