Happy New Year!

We went to Provo last week and stayed at my moms house for New Years. It was fun. We decided to celebrate "Puertorrican New Years". This meant that we would celebrate it according to Puertorrican time. P. R. is three hours ahead of us so when it was New Year in P.R. it was 9:00pm in Utah. Oh the perks of interracial and inter-cultural marriage! (smile) We still ended up going to bed pretty late but not as late as we would have otherwise.

That's genius!! I'm going to remember that for next year!! Travis and I did no celebrating. In fact, I think we went to bed earlier than we ever have all year!! Ha! But to us that was a Happy New Year!!

Glad you could spend the holidays with your family Daisy! The kids looks like that had a blast!!

That is awesome! We were trying to hold out for midnight then we realized the kids wouldn't know the difference so we just had our own count down somewhere around 11 pm. We weren't as smart as you guys! Hope you had a good New Years with your family! It looked fun!

Looks super fun! My kids had a party with their friends, but I didn't do the countdown and so Daphne feels like she got ripped off, because she didn't have a New Year's party. I keep telling her she did have a party...I guess I need to work on the party planning area. It looks like you guys had fun though! I hope Mateo is feeling better. And I hope you are doing okay Daisy!
